Carton Erecting Machine, also called carton erector, trays forming machine, burger box forming machine and so on names, is the specific machine to produce trays, clamshell box, burger box, food take-away box, pizza box, french fry box and so on containers made by cardboard paper, PE coated paper and corrugated paper.

L800 single lane machine maximum speed up to 180 pcs per minute (4 corner trays without lid). Imported electric equipments and selected parts ensure the excellent performance and durability of the machine. Servo motor brings more smooth and acurate control.

Standard machine is with gluer for water based glue, special model with hot melt system is also available for special materials such as 2 sides PE coated paper and even aluminium foiled paper.

Machine has been CE approved. Exported to more than 10 countries/regions since 2003.
